We have decided to mediate directly between our customers and suppliers. We select the best supplier after careful scrutiny of various aspects of the supplier. This results in significant savings in transportation and warehousing costs. In this way, the quality of the product is guaranteed and at the same time the product can be offered at a competitive price.

Article 2 - Delivery

All orders are dispatched from the supplier within 3 working days with a tracking code so that you can track your order correctly. Due to the current situation, orders may take 7 to 15 days to arrive. This is longer than you would expect and we will make every effort to minimize the delivery time. Due to public holidays, it may take 3-7 days longer than the above.

Article 3 - Returns and Exchanges

The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the parcel without stating a reason.

After contacting us and confirming the return address, the customer must deliver the goods to our warehouse within 14 days.

The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Check the shipping company's website for shipping rates. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and (if possible) in its original condition and packaging.

Full return address, with warehouse in China, will be provided by email.

To exercise this right, you must always contact us first by email. We will then refund the purchase price within 7 working days of receiving your return, provided we have already received the product in perfect condition.

If the customer sends the return to the wrong address or if the package is lost, due to the courier chosen by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility to send us the return to the correct address provided by us via email.

Therefore, if the package does not arrive at the address provided by us via email, it will not be possible for us to proceed with the refund to the customer.


If the address is incomplete, we will make sure to ask the customer by email to provide a complete address in order to proceed with the delivery. If the customer ignores or does not respond to our email, he will be responsible for the delay in delivery.


In the event that the customer does not pick up the package for the following reasons:

- Absence during delivery;

- Indicating the wrong delivery address;

- Providing incorrect contact information;

it will be the customer's responsibility to notify us before delivery.

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to release the stock and collect their order within 7 working days.

If the customer does not pick up the package in time, we are not responsible if the warehouse/courier destroys the order.

The customer has the right to request a 70% refund.


In the event that the customer rejects the order during delivery, the customer is not entitled to request a refund.
